    By accessing or using Jousro Studio Event DP Generator ("Service"), provided by Jousro Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use our Service.

    2. User Accounts & Registration

    To create event DP templates and track analytics, you may register an account using email or third-party OAuth providers such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    3. Acceptable Use Policy

    When using Jousro Studio, you agree not to upload, create, or distribute content that:

    • Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
    • Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
    • Contains hate speech, defamation, harassment, or explicit/inappropriate imagery.
    • Attempts to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

    4. Intellectual Property & User Content

    You retain ownership of all event branding graphics, logos, and templates you upload to Jousro Studio. By uploading content, you grant Jousro Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content strictly for the purpose of delivering the Service.

    5. Service Availability & Modification

    We continuously improve our platform and reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with or without prior notice.

    6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

    The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Jousro Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
